I'll be focusing on section 1 and on this area ill be designing a park for the community which will have restaurants, small kiosks. All of these amenities will be housed under an elevated green space that can be occupied by visitors. It will also provide playground area for the kid as well as a dog park. All facilities will be powered by 100% renewable energy.  Section 2 and 3 will be residential building, these buildings will provide retail space for at least 50% of the ground floor for small shops and some larger ones. The building will provide laundry rooms, gym, private parking (one space per resident), storage space for bikes, open Terrances for residents (public + private),
